Malang Raya is known as a creative industrial area that produces many startups. Ngalup Collaborative Network (Ngalup. co) initiated the Startup Brunch Time activity on Saturday (6/8) to support the development of networks and collaboration between startups.
The activity was attended by around 21 startup players, including MyEco, BangBeli, Let’s Play Indonesia, Jagoan Cloud, and Woreking. In addition to gathering, they also exchanged knowledge and expanded their networks. CEO of Ngalup Collaborative Network, Andina Paramitha, explained that this event was highly anticipated by startups for networking needs.
Participants who attended actively built networks and increased their knowledge. For example, the startup Cara Bicara invited other participants to share knowledge about pitching sessions. This event also facilitated collaboration between participants, such as Bang Beli and Modal Kreatif who plan to work together in client funding.
Andina also said that participants wanted broader networking activities, such as Techibition which was previously held. Ariq Nugraha, the owner of Working, said he was happy to be able to learn from the experiences of other startups and establish collaborations.
Let’s Play Indonesia successfully scaled up its business through networking with Ngalup. co and is now Malang’s representative at the G20 in Bali. Meanwhile, MyEco gained more clients and became a mentor in the National Movement of 1000 Digital Startups, demonstrating Ngalup. co’s role as a hub connecting startups with venture capital, banks, communities, and investors.
