The Banyuwangi Regency Government has implemented an innovative program by collaborating with “Jagoan Indonesia,” which aims to empower the younger generation with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the business world. In this collaboration, Jagoan Indonesia collaborates with Let’s Play Indonesia in providing game-based learning training to participants of the Jagoan Tani, Jagoan Digital, and Jagoan Bisnis programs in Banyuwangi. The Jagoan Bisnis program is an initiative of the Banyuwangi Regency Government that aims to guide and develop entrepreneurial potential among the local young generation. In addition, the Regency Government also introduced two other programs, namely Jagoan Tani to support agriculture and Jagoan Digital to advance the information technology sector. A total of 33 teams will compete to be the best and are entitled to hundreds of millions of rupiah in prizes as a stimulus for business capital.

Banyuwangi Regent Ipuk Fiestiandani said that the offline mentoring session was an event for participants to gain direct business experience from successful business people. This year, successful local entrepreneurs were deliberately presented as real proof that young people from the region can also be successful in business on the international stage.
